Good cause appearing, the application of appointed lead appellate counsel for permission to withdraw as attorney of record for appellant Ruben Perez Gomez, and to elevate appointed associate counsel as replacement lead appellate counsel for Ruben Perez Gomez, filed October 16, 2017, is granted.
The order appointing Lynne S. Coffin as appellate counsel of record for appellant Ruben Perez Gomez, filed December 14, 2005, is hereby vacated.
Laura S. Kelly, previously appointed as associate appellate counsel for appellant Ruben Perez Gomez, is hereby appointed to represent Ruben Perez Gomez as lead appellate counsel of record for the direct appeal in the above automatic appeal now pending in this court.
