In a coram nobis proceeding, defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered March 26, 1971, which denied the application. Order affirmed. The issue raised on the instant appeal was presented on appeal from the judgment of conviction ( People v. Glover, 38 A.D.2d 974).
