Respondent's “Renewed Application for Reporter's Transcript of Confidential Proceedings Under Penal Code Section 987.9,” filed on October 27, 2016, is granted. The Clerk is directed to provide to counsel for respondent a copy of the Sealed Reporter's Transcript of the section 987.9 hearings on: (1) December 13, 2001; (2) November 13, 2002; (3) June 19, 2003; (4) August 8, 2003; and (5) June 16, 2014. Except as provided herein, these transcripts remain under seal and their use must be limited solely to the pending proceedings. (Pen. Code, § 987.9, subd. (d).)
