Dec 1, 1975
50 A.D.2d 804 (N.Y. App. Div. 1975)

Opinion

December 1, 1975

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered February 13, 1975, convicting him of perjury in the first degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. The evidence adduced amply proves defendant's guilt of perjury in the first degree beyond a reasonable doubt. Rabin, Acting P.J., Martuscello, Cohalan, Christ and Shapiro, JJ., concur. [ 80 Misc.2d 921.]
