ORDER MODIFYING OPINION

Simons Mark, Acting P.J.

THE COURT:

Appellant’s application for modification filed on June 25, 2010, is granted. The opinion filed on June 18, 2010, is modified as follows:

The first sentence of the last paragraph on page 3 is amended as follows: “In case number SCR-537140, the trial court granted appellant credit for 11 days of actual custody plus 4 days of work and conduct credit for a total of 15 days.”

The first paragraph of the Disposition, part III, on page 4 is amended as follows: “In case number SCR-545951, the trial court is ordered to prepare amended minutes deleting the restitution fines under section 1202.4, subdivision (b) and section 1202.45, and to forward a certified copy of the amended minutes to the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.”

The second paragraph of the Disposition, part III, on page 4 is amended as follows: “In addition, in case number SCR-537140, the court is ordered to prepare and forward to the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation a certified copy of amended minutes showing appellant is entitled to 11 days actual credit plus 10 days of work and conduct credit for a total of 21 days of credit.”

This modification does not change the judgment.
