DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeal, by permission, from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 20, 2018. Motion by the appellant pro se, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 14, 2021, which recalled and vacated a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 18, 2020, granting his prior motion for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief, and denied his prior motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 14, 2021, is recalled and vacated, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before March 25, 2022; and it is further, ORDERED that the appellant shall file a supplemental brief, by mail, and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
