Counsel for appellant having moved to extend the stay of the execution of the judgment of the Steuben County Court, rendered October 19, 2012, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Richard C. Roxin, Esq. dated November 29, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Brooks T. Baker, Esq. dated December 12, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered September 14, 2013 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date December 3, 2013 and inserting in place thereof the date March 17, 2014.

Memorandum: No further extension of the stay will be granted absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances.
