An appeal having been taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about March 11, 2015, And, an order of this Court having been entered November 15, 2016 (M-4897) having deemed the appeal withdrawn, And, defendant-appellant having moved for an order reinstating the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
