A decision and order of this Court having been entered on November 27, 2018 (Appeal Nos. 7689-7690), unanimously affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County (Judith Lieb, J.), rendered on July 24, 2013, as amended on October 24, 2013 and on October 28, 2013, and the order, same court, entered on August 13, 2015, which denied defendant's CPL 440.10 motion to vacate the judgment,
And defendant-appellant having moved, in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis, for a review of his claim of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, and for related relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
