An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Oneida County Court, rendered January 22, 2015,
Now upon reading and filing the statement of Ronald Flagg dated October 9, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that appellant shall file an original and 5 copies of a pro se supplemental brief, with proof of service of one copy on assigned counsel and the People, on or before December 3, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file a brief in response to the pro se supplemental brief, if any, on or before December 18, 2018.
