ORDER
The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The motion to supplement the application is GRANTED.
The delayed application for leave to appeal is DENIED because defendant has failed to establish that the trial court erred in denying the successive motion for relief from judgment. MCR 6.502(G). We note, however, that the trial court's order incorrectly states the lower court case number as 92-011710-02-FC. The correct lower court case number is 92-011710-01-FC. We thus remand solely for the ministerial task of correcting the order to reflect the correct lower court case number.
