DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by plaintiff to consolidate an appeal from an order of the City Court of Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, entered October 14, 2015 (Appellate Term Docket No. 2015-2669 D CR) with an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the same court rendered May 1, 2015 (Appellate Term Docket No. 2015-1407 D CR).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic, as the application for leave to appeal to this court from the order dated October 14, 2015 has been denied.
