Judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 28, 1969, affirmed. The sentence was neither harsh nor excessive and was amply justified by the record. Martuscello, Acting P.J., Shapiro, Christ, Brennan and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
