Order

By order of June 5, 2020, the application for leave to appeal the February 7, 2019 order of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in People v Davis (Docket No. 160775). On order of the Court, leave to appeal having been denied in Davis on March 11, 2022, ––– Mich. ––––, 970 N.W.2d 347 (2022), the application is again considered. It appearing to this Court that the case of People v. Monroe (Docket No. 163937), 2022 WL 2349938 is pending on appeal before this Court and that the decision in that case may resolve an issue raised in the present application for leave to appeal, we ORDER that the application be held in ABEYANCE pending the decision in that case.
