People v. Edwards

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Oct 21, 1985
114 A.D.2d 467 (N.Y. App. Div. 1985)

Opinion

October 21, 1985

Appeal from the County Court, Westchester County (Martin, J., Braatz, J.).

Judgments affirmed.

Defendant has failed to make a factual showing sufficient to establish a prima facie case of systematic discrimination by the People (see, People v McCray, 57 N.Y.2d 542, cert denied 461 U.S. 961; People v Charles, 61 N.Y.2d 321, 329). We have considered defendant's other contentions and find them to be lacking in merit. Mollen, P.J., Thompson, Bracken and O'Connor, JJ., concur.
