ORDER

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

The application for leave to appeal is DENIED for lack of merit in the grounds presented. For purposes of MCR 6.502(G)(1), and although the circuit court styled defendant's motion as a motion for relief from judgment, the motion should not be regarded as a motion for relief from judgment in any future case. People v Giuchici, 503 Mich. 884, 884-885; 919 N.W.2d 48 (2018); People v Barner, 500 Mich. 1057, 1057; 898 N.W.2d 215 (2017).
