Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Rae Lyn Dreves (Attorney Registration No. 37047) for a period of one year and one day, all but ninety days stayed upon the successful completion of a two-year period of probation with conditions, effective June 27, 2011. Dreves failed to keep client or third party funds separate from her own property, charged an unreasonable fee, and failed to maintain an appropriate record-keeping system identifying each trust client. Dreves's misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.15(a), 1.5(a), and 1.15(j).
