PEOPLE v. DOOLIN (KEITH ZON)


Withdrawal of counsel allowed by order

Good cause appearing, the “Motion of Robert R. Bryan for Leave (1) to Continue as Co-counsel, or (2) Withdraw as Attorney for Petitioner,” filed December 21, 2023, is construed as a motion for Robert R. Bryan to withdraw as associate counsel for Keith Zon Doolin. So construed, the motion is granted.

The November 16, 2022, order appointing Pamala Sayasane and Robert R. Bryan as lead and associate habeas corpus/executive clemency counsel, respectively, is hereby vacated.

Attorney Pamala Sayasane is hereby appointed as habeas corpus/executive clemency counsel of record for Keith Zon Doolin, for purposes of all postconviction proceedings in the superior court related to In re Doolin, S197391 and S234285, and for all postconviction proceedings in this court.

Pamala Sayasane's “Motion to Relieve Robert R. Bryan of His Appointment as Associate Counsel,” filed July 28, 2023, is denied.
