PEOPLE v. DOOLIN (KEITH ZON)
Counsel appointment order filed
Good cause appearing, the “Motion for Change of Attorney designation, as to Lead Counsel and Co-Counsel,” filed August 23, 2022, is granted. The July 22, 2015, order appointing Robert R. Bryan and Pamala Sayasane as lead and associate habeas corpus/executive clemency counsel, respectively, is hereby vacated.
Attorney Pamala Sayasane is hereby appointed as lead habeas corpus/executive clemency counsel of record for Keith Zon Doolin, and Robert R. Bryan is appointed as associate counsel of record on behalf of Doolin, for purposes of all postconviction proceedings in the superior court related to In re Doolin, S197391 and S234285, and for all postconviction proceedings in this court including the preparation and filing of a petition for clemency with the Governor of California, as appropriate.
