Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, rendered November 7, 1960, convicting him, after a nonjury trial, of violating section 3305 Pub. Health of the Public Health Law (possession of narcotics), and sentencing him, as a second offender, to serve a term of one year in the New York City Penitentiary. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur.
