Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of New Rochelle, Westchester County, rendered June 19, 2014, to compel the City Court to file the record on appeal with this court.

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the City Court of New Rochelle, Westchester County, shall within 20 days of service by appellant upon it of a copy of this decision and order on motion forward the record to this court.
