Order of the County Court of the county of Dutchess, denying appellant's motion in the nature of coram nobis, to vacate a judgment convicting him of the crime of attempted kidnapping, affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
