In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the case is remanded to the Shiawassee Circuit Court for resentencing in light of Wayne Co Prosecutor v Dep't of Corrections, 451 Mich. 569 (1996). MCR 7.302(F)(1). In all other respects leave to appeal is denied. Jurisdiction is not retained.
