Motion by appellant to consolidate an appeal from judgments of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, Nassau County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered September 15, 2014 (appeal No. 2014-2241 N CR), with an appeal from judgments of conviction of the same court rendered December 15, 2015 (appeal No. 2016-237 N CR).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeals will be scheduled by the court to be heard together on the same day (see Rules of the App Term, 9th & 10th Jud Dists [22 NYCRR] § 732.5 [b] [2]).
