Defendant appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered January 19, 1960, convicting him, on his plea of guilty, of attempted burglary in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a third felony offender, to serve a term of 5 to 10 years. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Christ, JJ., concur.
