Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. John K. Prindiville, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1924.

Edward H. Morris and J.B. Cashin, for plaintiff in error. No appearance for defendant in error.


Reversed.
