The request of WEYI/WSMH for permission to record and broadcast, using video and audio media, the oral argument that is scheduled in this matter on March 7, 2023, is GRANTED, only to the extent that WXYZ-TV shall allow pooling of their audio-video coverage to WEYI/WSMH as provided in Administrative Order No. 1989-1(4).
