On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the July 17, 1998 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for plenary consideration of Issues II through IV of defendant's brief on appeal. Although raised in the original brief and in the motion for reconsideration, these issues were apparently not reviewed and resolved. In all other respects, leave to appeal is DENIED.
