An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about March 1, 2016, And defendant having moved for an order relieving assigned counsel, Christina Swarns, Esq., Office of the Appellate Defender, assigning new counsel to represent defendant on the appeal, and permitting defendant to file a pro se supplemental brief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied in its entirety.
