The above-entitled matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Sixth Appellate District for reconsideration in light of People v. Valencia (2017) 3 Cal.5th 347, 220 Cal.Rptr.3d 230, 397 P.3d 936. Corrigan, J., was absent and did not participate.
