ORDER
Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:
The motion to extend time to order the full transcript of the March 24, 2022, hearing date is GRANTED. Within 28 days of the date of this order, Theresa's Transcription shall (1) prepare the complete transcript of all proceedings, including the verdict, on the record on March 24, 2022 and file it with the trial court; (2) serve the transcript on Attorney Lee A. Somerville and the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office; and (3) file an amended Notice of Filing Transcript with the Court of Appeals reflecting that the complete transcript of all proceedings on March 24, 2022, has been filed with the trial court and served on the parties as directed above.
The Clerk's Office is directed to email a copy of this order to Theresa's Transcription.
