An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 29, 2017, And, petitioner having moved for a reduction of bail pending the determination of his appeal from the aforesaid order which denied and dismissed his application for a writ of habeas corpus, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is denied.
