In a coram nobis proceeding, defendant appeals from an order of the County Court, Kings County, dated July 28, 1961, which denied, without a hearing, his application to vacate a judgment of said court, rendered July 27, 1956, convicting him, on his plea of guilty, of attempted violation of subdivision 5-a of section 1897 of the Penal Law, as a felony (carrying and use of dangerous weapons) and sentencing him to serve one year in the New York City Penitentiary. Order affirmed. No opinion. Beldock, P.J., Kleinfeld, Brennan, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
