Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
Motion to strike appellant's brief, the appendix and the record on appeal volume I.
ORDERED that the motion is granted, to the extent that pages 19 and 20 of the record on appeal and pages A10 and A11 of the appendix and all references thereto, to the appellate brief are hereby deemed stricken. Appellant shall file and serve a corrected record on appeal, appendix and brief on or before February 19, 2013.
