Motion for reargument and for other relief granted and, upon reargument, appellant permitted to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief, as indicated in the order of this court, the order of this court entered on January 22, 1985 ( 107 A.D.2d 1092) stayed, and the appeal held in abeyance pending receipt and review of appellant's pro se supplemental brief.
