It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied.
Memorandum: The motion papers of defendant fail to identify the documents that he alleges have not been provided to him by the Erie County Clerk's Office, and fail to explain why said documentation is necessary for the purposes of perfecting his CPL 460.15 appeal.
