On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County, rendered April 5, 2017, is stricken from the appeals calendar and the general calendar on the ground that the appeal has not been properly perfected.
In the circumstances of this case, to be properly settled, the record must include all marked exhibits that were admitted into evidence during the trial.
