Application by the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this court dated June 5, 2000 (People v. Christian, 273 A.D.2d 953), affirming a sentence of the Supreme Court, Queens County, imposed July 24, 1997.

O'Hara Christian, Moravia, N.Y., appellant pro se.
