DECISION & ORDERAppeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Barry E. Warhit, J.), rendered September 24, 2015, convicting him of attempted robbery in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

ORDERED that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant's contention relating to his waiver of inquiry pursuant to People v. Outley, 80 N.Y.2d 702, 594 N.Y.S.2d 683, 610 N.E.2d 356 ) is unpreserved for appellate review (see CPL 470.05[2] ; see also People v. Humbach, 153 A.D.3d 637, 637–638, 57 N.Y.S.3d 406 ; cf. People v. Williams, 27 N.Y.3d 212, 51 N.E.3d 528 ; People v. Murray, 15 N.Y.3d 725, 726–727, 906 N.Y.S.2d 521, 932 N.E.2d 877 ). We decline to review the defendant's contention in the exercise of our interest of justice jurisdiction (see People v. Humbach, 153 A.D.3d at 638, 57 N.Y.S.3d 406).

The defendant's challenge to the final order of protection entered against him is unpreserved for appellate review (see People v. Nieves, 2 N.Y.3d 310, 316–318, 778 N.Y.S.2d 751, 811 N.E.2d 13 ; People v. Kumar, 127 A.D.3d 882, 883, 4 N.Y.S.3d 900 ). We decline to review the defendant's contention in the exercise of our interest of justice jurisdiction (see People v. Kennedy, 151 A.D.3d 1079, 1079–1080, 54 N.Y.S.3d 596 ; People v. Bernardini, 142 A.D.3d 671, 672, 36 N.Y.S.3d 827 ; People v. Hunter, 135 A.D.3d 958, 959, 22 N.Y.S.3d 905 ; People v. Kumar, 127 A.D.3d at 883, 4 N.Y.S.3d 900 ).
