ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion for reconsideration is GRANTED, the order entered October 18, 2022, is VACATED, and the appeal is REINSTATED. However, the application remains defective for the items stated in this Court's October 18, 2022 order. Appellant shall cure the outstanding defects with this filing within 7 days after the Clerk's certification of this order. If the remaining defects are not cured within that time, the matter will again be subject to dismissal pursuant to MCR 7.201(B)(3) and MCR 7.216(A)(10).
