Petitioner's Motion to Transfer with Instructions or, Alternatively, to Expand Issues on Review, filed April 25, 2022, is granted in part and denied in part as follows: The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division One, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of People v. Renteria (2022) 13 Cal.5th 951 and Assembly Bill No. 333 (Stats. 2021, ch. 699). (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)
