Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se reply brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of the Onondaga County Court, rendered June 24, 2013, and for other relief,
Now upon reading and filing the affidavit of Emilier Carrasquillo-Fuentes sworn to August 6, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the People's responding brief filed on July 22, 2016 is hereby deemed timely filed, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the Clerk of the Court is directed to accept the ten copies of the pro se reply brief and pro se appendix filed on August 11, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
