Leave to Appeal Granted October 29, 1998.

The issues are limited to: 1) whether the trial court erred in failing to instruct the jury on the elements of aiding and abetting felony murder and, if so, whether any error was reversible in the absence of an objection to the instructions as given, and 2) whether there was sufficient evidence to convict the defendant of armed robbery or to establish that the defendant possessed the mens rea for felony murder.
