Defendant-appellant, pro se, having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about September 12, 2017, and to be provided with copies of the trial and hearing minutes as set forth in the moving papers, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the time in which to perfect the appeal is extended to the June 2022 Term of this Court. The Clerk of this Court is directed to provide defendant with the requested minutes, at the place of her incarceration, and to advise defendant that the appeal will not be heard until said minutes are returned to the Clerk of this Court.
