On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the August 21, 2000 decision of the Court of Appeals, the motion to appoint counsel and the motion to remand to the trial court are considered, and they are DENIED, because the defendant has failed to meet the burden of establishing entitlement to relief under MCR 6.508(D).
