Petition for leave to appeal denied. In light of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Burns, case No. 1–12–1928, 2014 WL 1910603 (05/12/14), and to reconsider the matter in light of this Court's opinion in People v. Allen, 2015 IL 113135, 392 Ill.Dec. 307, 32 N.E.3d 615, to determine if another result is warranted.
