Defendant appeals from a judgment of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Bronx County, rendered July 20, 2002 (Diane Kiesel, J. at plea, Tandra Dawson, J., at sentencing) convicting him, upon his plea of guilty, of attempted criminal contempt in the second degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00/215.50[3]), and imposing sentence.

Judgment of conviction rendered July 20, 2002 (Diane Kiesel, J. at plea, Tandra Dawson, J., at sentencing) affirmed.

Application by appellant's counsel to withdraw as counsel is granted. ( See, Anders v. California, 386 US 738; People v. Saunders, 52 AD2d 833.) We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous points which could be raised on this appeal.
