Jan 15, 1906
84 P. 370 (Cal. Ct. App. 1906)

Opinion

84 P. 370 PEOPLE v. BUNKERS. No. Cr. 1,320 District Court of Appeals of California, Third District January 15, 1906

On application for rehearing. Denied. For opinion in Court of Appeal, see 84 P. 364.

OPINION

PER CURIAM.

The application for a rehearing in this court, after decision in the District Court of Appeal for the Third District, is denied. In denying such application, it is proper to say that the determination of the question as to whether one who gives a bribe can be an accomplice of the one who accepts the bribe is not essential to the decision in this case, and we are not to be understood as approving that portion of the opinion of the District Court of Appeal which deals with that question.
