Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 15, 1976, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed (see People v McClain, 32 N.Y.2d 697; People v Garrett, 43 A.D.2d 503, affd 36 N.Y.2d 727). Shapiro, J.P., Titone, Suozzi and O'Connor, JJ., concur.
