The motion for reconsideration is GRANTED, and this Court's order entered November 7, 2023 is hereby VACATED. A new order is attached to this order.
The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.
The motion to file a brief exceeding page limits/word counts is GRANTED. The appellant's brief that was received on May 30, 2023, is accepted for filing.
In lieu of granting the delayed application, the trial court's November 30, 2022 opinion and order is VACATED and the cause is REMANDED for reconsideration of defendant's motion for relief from judgment, motion to disqualify, and other pending motions. On remand, the trial court shall make sufficient findings to facilitate appellate review.
The motion to remand is denied as MOOT in light of our decision to vacate the trial court's opinion and order denying relief from judgment.
This order has no effect on the order entered in Docket No. 366555.
